How to build a Model Train Board
The board described here, approximately 5x6 feet, will accommodate an HO-scale oval track with turnouts for an inner track loop. Determine the required dimensions for a variety of track layouts before deciding on the size train board(s) to build. Modify the dimensions or create a larger modular unit by joining two or more boards together.
